Klantenservice Shiftleader

Role Summary

Are you a natural leader who gets energy from variety, switching quickly and maintaining an overview? Do you enjoy working on the floor, but do you also effortlessly take responsibility for a complete service? Then the position of Shiftleader is tailor-made for you.

As a Shift Leader you are the link between the shop floor and management. You actively participate in the operation and at the same time ensure that everything runs smoothly during your shift. You monitor the quality and continuity of services, keep an overview of various processes and switch effortlessly between operational, administrative and coordinating activities.

You are also the first point of contact for colleagues for questions or challenges. You manage employees, guide new colleagues during their training period and ensure that the team can perform optimally. Where necessary, you take over management and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and as agreed.

Requirements

• You are someone who gets energy from dynamism, variety and responsibility. You keep a cool head when a lot is happening at once and know how to set priorities. Thanks to your precise working method and strong administrative skills, you keep an overview, even in a busy environment.
• In addition, you have strong communication skills, you take initiative and you know how to motivate and guide colleagues in a positive way. You are a real team player who enjoys working together, but also dares to make decisions independently when the situation requires it.
• You effortlessly maintain an overview, maintain calm under pressure and maintain control in a dynamic environment.
• Switching between different tasks, priorities and colleagues comes naturally to you.
• With your helicopter view, decisiveness and solution-oriented approach you keep people and processes moving.
• You have a MBO 4 working and thinking level and preferably have experience in a service-oriented or customer-oriented environment.
• You communicate strongly in Dutch and English and know how to bring others along in a positive way.
• You can be deployed flexibly for morning, evening and night shifts.
• You have a driving license B and your own transport, because the location is not accessible by public transport.
