One moment you’re helping customers and arranging shipments, the next you’re in the warehouse picking orders or checking returned instrument sets. The organization is a small, close-knit team where everyone jumps in to help. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and getting things done, you’ll feel right at home here.

  • Handling invoices and basic admin tasks

Requirements

  • You like variety and are happy to switch between office and warehouse work
  • You’re hands-on, proactive and take ownership
  • You have a strong eye for detail
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy helping customers
  • You’re a team player with a positive mindset
  • You’re comfortable working on-site in Breda and already based in (or well-established in) the Netherlands
  • Experience in customer service, logistics or warehouse operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (like Business Central) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German (Dutch is a bonus)

Benefits

  • What they offer
  • A chance to help build and shape a growing distribution center
  • A dynamic, international environment
  • A supportive, informal and team-oriented culture
  • Competitive salary and benefits
