Customer Service Medewerker

Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for our Customer Service department. In this role you are our customer ambassador, you are always in direct contact with our customers and you offer the best customer service through our various channels.

WHAT YOUR NEXT ROLE INVOLVES

You are the first point of contact for our customers. Your days are filled with different tasks, which keeps you varied throughout the day. Answering customer questions through different channels, providing clarity about the status of an order, solving complaints properly and preventing them in the future... Sounds good, doesn't it, that variation?!

Responsibilities

In this role you will also find

• The freedom to find solutions for customers in a professional and positive manner, in collaboration with your colleagues at the office and/or in the stores
• Working in an open and informal corporate culture
• You are part of a goal-oriented team that works at a high pace and continuously adapts to different situations
• The opportunity to make additional sales to the customer through your acquired product knowledge
• Handling customer questions via telephone, e-mail, chat and social media

Requirements

• Do you have a high level of empathy?

• Empathy; Listening to customers and helping them with their needs comes naturally to you
• During conversations you are professional but with an open attitude
• You can estimate what a customer needs and include this in your solutions
• You enjoy working in a team where fun is important and where knowledge is shared to learn from each other
• You are available to work at least every other Saturday
• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written; mastery of the English language is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of using a computer; you know how to work and type at a good pace and quickly learn how to use new programs during your work
