We currently have a portfolio of more than 19 brands and this position is to work on the 1Doc solution. In this senior position, you will be the technical leader responsible for leading the architectural evolution of a critical system, transforming a robust legacy into a modern, distributed and intelligent architecture.

Expected/desired experiences

Proven prior experience in architectural modernization projects and migration from monoliths to microservices or event-driven architectures.

Consolidated experience in developing high-scale systems, dealing with competition, query optimization and caching.

Solid experience in integrating and creating automations using Artificial Intelligence tools and frameworks aimed at productivity and autonomy in software engineering.

Responsibilities

Your main duties and expected experiences are

• Migration and Architecture Strategy: Design and execute the decomposition strategy from a monolithic software in PHP to a distributed cloud architecture based on APIs () and single page applications (React SPA), applying legacy throttling patterns (Strangler Fig Pattern).
• Development of APIs and SPAs: Build scalable, resilient and high-performance APIs using, in addition to rich, performant and componentized interfaces using React.
• Cutting-edge Software Engineering (Agentic Development): Implement, configure and optimize AI agents and automated workflows in the repository and in the project's day-to-day activities to accelerate the process of code refactoring, test automation and technical documentation generation.
• Quality Assurance and Project Standards: Define code standards, folder architecture, automated testing strategies (unit, integration and e2e) and conduct high-level code reviews (Code Reviews) focused on maintainability and security.
• Mentoring and Technical Leadership: Support the technical team in complex decision-making, sharing knowledge about good software engineering practices, systems design and advanced use of AI in the development ecosystem.
• Languages and Frameworks (Stack Core): Advanced technical proficiency in PHP (for reading, understanding and extracting legacy business rules), (preferably using TypeScript) and React (Hooks, global state management, rendering optimization).

AI Tools and Ecosystem (Agentic Domain): Advanced practical experience with assisted development and prompt engineering tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, mentoring of autonomous agents). Familiarity with the consumption and integration of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and agent-based development workflow automation tools.

• Cloud Architecture and Infrastructure: Solid knowledge in the cloud, specifically in AWS distributed and serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudFront, containerized computing with ECS/EKS).
• Engineering Skills and Practices: Software Modeling Mastery (DDD - Domain-Driven Design), Hexagonal Architecture/Clean Architecture, relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases, in addition to advanced CI/CD mats (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Requirements

Courses and Certifications (Valued Differentiators)

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical market experience.
• AWS certifications (AWS Certified Developer - Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Courses, specializations or practical portfolio focused on AI Engineering, Prompt Engineering or Advanced Software Architecture.
