You will be responsible for designing and building the interfaces, APIs and integrations that make the project usable for both technical and business profiles. Its role is to transform complex architectures into accessible and efficient products. Develop modern, performant and scalable web applications.

Build interfaces for managing agents, flows, integrations, permissions, metrics, auditing and platform operation.

Develop APIs, backend services and integrations with AI, data and infrastructure components.

Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, audit logs and security controls.

Work with Design and Product to transform journeys, prototypes and requirements into well-finished features.

Create reusable components, respecting system design standards, accessibility and visual consistency.

Integrate applications with observability services, usage analytics, logs and operational metrics.

Participate in frontend and backend architecture decisions, considering performance, security, maintainability and scale.

Work together with AI, Data, Machine Learning and Platform Engineering to build complete experiences.

Experience with modern frontend, preferably React, Vue or equivalent frameworks.

Experience with backend in Python, .NET, Java or similar technologies.

Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, events or integrations between services.

Good understanding of authentication, authorization, web security and access control.

Experience with relational and non-relational banks.

Familiarity with testing, versioning, CI/CD and good engineering practices.

Ability to work on a product, understanding the problem, user, flow and impact.

Pay attention to code quality, usability, performance and final experience.

Differences

Experience with B2B products, SaaS, internal platforms, developer tools or complex corporate systems.

Familiarity with AI products, agents, copilots, chat interfaces, dashboards or configuration tools.

Knowledge of TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, NestJS, React, or equivalent stacks.

Experience with RBAC, multi tenancy, auditing, usage logs and governance.

Experience with cloud, containers, microservices and observability.

Knowledge in LLMs, RAG, vector banks, integrations with AI APIs or agentic workflows.
