Data Engineer GCP (F/H)

Role Summary

Within our Data & Cloud teams, you will be involved in the entire life cycle of data pipelines:

Design & Development: Create, optimize and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) on the Google Cloud Platform environment.

Orchestration & Automation: Deploy and orchestrate data workflows using Airflow and industrialize Cloud infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code) via Terraform.

Modeling & Storage: Structuring data warehouses (Data Warehouses / Data Lakes) to guarantee optimal analysis performance (in particular via BigQuery).

Quality & Security: Ensure the reliability, security, governance and compliance of processed data.

CI/CD & DevOps: Integrate DevOps best practices into Data projects (automated testing, continuous integration and deployment).

Requirements

• Experience: You have at least 4 years of confirmed experience in Data Engineering, with significant practice in Cloud environments.
• Cloud Expertise: Proven mastery of the GCP ecosystem (BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub...).
• Automation & Tools: Excellent command of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and Apache Airflow (or Cloud Composer) for flow orchestration.
• Development: Strong command of Python and SQL.
• Soft Skills: Analytical spirit, rigor in the build, strength of proposal and ability to popularize complex technical subjects to the professions.
