Role Summary

Within a Data Factory, you are fully involved in all phases of our projects on behalf of major clients, thus contributing to their success.

You have the opportunity to develop your technical and functional skills in depth, while working on demanding and exciting projects on behalf of large clients in the banking sector.

Your main activities are as follows

  • You work with the client to assess, design, deploy, improve and maintain data pipelines
  • You ensure that the data pipelines created are resilient, secure and accessible
  • You define the operational model to monitor and support data pipelines
  • You provide expertise to our clients on their data to ensure its optimization and security in relation to their needs
  • You provide knowledge in quality management and data governance to monitor compliance with data governance

You carry out technological monitoring in the field in order to enrich technological roadmaps and provide modern solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Attached to the “Financial Services” division, you will operate in a challenging and friendly environment, surrounded by enthusiasts with expertise in their fields.
  • As a Data Engineer, you work on high value-added IT projects and your role is to set up reliable, secure and scalable data pipelines to support the provision of data to business use cases that need it.

Requirements

Graduate of higher education in IT such as Bac + 5 (engineering school, university or equivalent), you have already acquired significant experience as a data engineer.

  • You have at least one of these required skills:
  • Mastery of Relational and NoSQL database technologies
  • Mastery of at least one ETL/ELT tool (Stambia, Informatica, Datastage, etc.)
  • Mastery of distributed data processing technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
  • Mastery of at least one data streaming framework (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • Mastery of CI/CD chains and DataOps best practices
  • Mastery of data virtualization solutions (Denodo, Dremio, etc.)
  • Mastery of at least one public or private cloud environment (Azure, AWS, Outscale, etc.)

You have developed strong skills in terms of autonomy, adaptability and communication.
