Clerk (m/f/d) sales service, limited to 18 months

Role Summary

• Processing and supporting price inquiries within the flat roof systems and special sealing systems business area
• Central interface between sales, product management, customer service center and the central pricing team
• Coordination, coordination and control of all conditions and discounts in the flat roof systems and special sealing systems division
• Maintaining and updating relevant documentation
• Preparation of reports on developments in the area of conditions management
• Processing and coordination of annual pricing together with sales and product management
• Support sales and product management for evaluations at customer and product level
• Analysis of existing processes in the interface area and the development of process optimizations
• Participation in projects for new applications in SAP and Salesforce
• Providing customers with price and discount conditions
• Creating and sending external letters to customers
• Providing data management to customers
• Follow-up on leads from various sources

Support and coordination of occupational safety for product management and sales in the flat roof systems and special sealing systems business area as well as support for sales and technology

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Responsible and solution-oriented action
• SAP knowledge and very good MS Office know-how
• English spoken and written
• Analytical thinking skills
