AWS Cloud Team Lead | Delivery & Pre-Sales

Role Summary

At Domus Global we are looking for a Cloud Team Lead with solid experience in AWS to lead a technical team that provides cloud services to multiple clients in the region.

We are looking for a person with strong technical capacity, experience leading teams and delivery vision, capable of coordinating simultaneous projects, participating in technical definitions and accompanying the growth of an expanding cloud practice.

Responsibilities

• What are you going to do?
• Lead and accompany a team of cloud professionals.
• Coordinate AWS projects for different clients simultaneously.
• Participate in migrations, assessments, implementations and optimizations of cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate in technical pre-sales and preparation of proposals for new projects.
• Manage priorities, team capacity and delivery quality.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes, standards and good practices.
• Act as a technical reference for the team and clients.

Requirements

• ✔ More than 5 years of experience working with infrastructure and cloud services in AWS.
• ✔ At least 2 years leading technical teams.
• ✔ Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
• ✔ Solid knowledge and practical experience in AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch and related services.
• ✔ Experience leading or participating in migration projects to AWS.
• ✔ AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Certification (exclusive).
• ✔ Organized, autonomous profile, oriented to results and quality of delivery.

We especially value

• ➕ Experience in Terraform, CloudFormation or Infrastructure as Code.
• ➕ Participation in technical pre-sales and project estimation processes.
• ➕ Experience in consulting, managed services or professional cloud services.
• ➕ Intermediate or advanced English.
