Sales Promoter – Bosch Power Tools | Metropolitan Region.

Role Summary

💼 What is this role about?

As a Sales Promoter. , you will be the Bosch ambassador at different points of sale (route). Your goal will be to bring the brand to life in hardware stores, boost sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and advise clients at the POS on products from the Bosch Power Tools portfolio, according to commercial guidelines provided by the supervisor.
• Maintain and manage displays, implement POP material and ensure an impeccable visual presence of the brand.
• Load products and support the associated commercial management.
• Deliver sales, rotation and stock reports by store.
• Keep the POS orderly and operational, complying with Bosch standards and requirements of each hardware store on the assigned route.
• Maintain fluid communication with your supervisor to ensure the correct operation of the point of sale and execution of commercial campaigns.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in sales, promotion or customer service (ideal in hardware or retail stores).
• Proactivity and orientation to achieving objectives.
• Communication skills, persuasion and ability to connect with different types of clients.
• Orderly, organized profile with a focus on execution in POS.
• Availability to work on the route in the Metropolitan Region.
• Working hours: 42 hours per week.
