Architect/ Civil Engineer (w/m/d) Real Estate Consulting

Role Summary

• Carrying out and managing technical due diligence processes and technical inventories
• Developing and implementing sustainable portfolio & property strategies and associated concepts
• Accompanying construction projects as part of project monitoring and controlling activities
• Preparation of economic feasibility studies as well as structural, sustainable and economic project analyses
• Leading an interdisciplinary team as part of daily project processing
• Maintain and expand your network as well as contacts with investors and owners
• Acquiring the above-mentioned projects via the existing network

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Willingness to travel domestically for project-related purposes
• Ability to present complex issues in an understandable manner
• High level of consulting expertise and high customer orientation
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
