Architect / Civil Engineer (f/m/d) Consulting for building construction

Role Summary

Do you know all phases of development, planning, quality assurance, tendering, awarding and construction and would you like to develop further? Do you like interacting with people, see yourself as an interface between the client, project manager and planning team and are very interested in creating added value for everyone? • Advising our customers in the planning and construction phases of exciting building construction projects as well as expansion and infrastructure projects
• Examination and quality assurance of the work results of those involved in the project in all planning and construction phases
• Linking qualitative, scheduling and economic aspects
• Working out functional and monetary added value for our clients
• Compiling cost assessments, analyzing and uncovering optimization potential in order to make a significant contribution to the success of the project
• Consideration of all ecological and economic features as well as the goal of making the buildings healthier (protective buildings)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other experts for a holistic view of planning and construction conditions

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering
• Ideally relevant professional experience in the areas of planning, calculation, consulting or construction
• Extensive knowledge of dealing with cost group 300 (DIN 276), HOAI and VOB
• Great interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, environment and ecology
• Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills and a good feel for people and issues
• Enjoy interdisciplinary communication and team-oriented work
