Architect / Civil Engineer Building Construction KG300 (f/m/d) – innovative and sustainable industrial and commercial projects

Role Summary

We are an interdisciplinary team of architects, civil engineers, planners and project managers (f/m/d) who successfully implement complex building construction projects in the industrial and commercial sectors. Technical project management as well as competent and individual advice to our customers in various planning and construction phases of demanding building construction projects

• Quality assurance and testing of the work results of all those involved in the project - from planning to execution
• Holistic consideration of costs, deadlines and quality to identify functional and economic added value
• Preparation of cost assessments as well as analysis and optimization potential to ensure long-term project success
• Integration of ecological and economic aspects to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly construction methods
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with experts from various specialist areas for a holistic view of planning and construction conditions
• Implementation of sustainability and cradle-to-cradle requirements in planning and construction

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Proven professional experience in planning, tendering and construction
• Sound knowledge of cost group 300 according to DIN 276 as well as safe handling of HOAI, VOB and structural and technical fire protection
• Good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel regionally in the Rhine-Main area
• Passion for optimization, digitalization as well as environmental and ecological topics
• Quick comprehension and strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to overcome complex challenges in a solution-oriented manner - with a good feel for people and connections
