Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Responsibilities

• Project support: Operational and planning support in the completion of photovoltaic systems and heat pumps
• Leadership tasks: Coordinating various teams to ensure smooth and efficient installation of our products
• Technical support: Close exchange with the teams to coordinate work processes and the first point of contact for technical challenges on site
• Cooperation: Close collaboration and regular exchange with other departments, especially quality management and logistics, in order to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician (energy and building technology desirable)
• 5+ years of professional experience in the electrical engineering field
• Ideally experience in project management or as a construction manager
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work in a team and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Valid Class B driving license
• Good computer skills and confident use of common MS Office applications
