Support Coordination

Role Summary

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for Coordination Support.

Responsibilities

• Tool management: Maintain test environments and access.
• Logistics: Organize meetings (e.g. daily meetings with testers).
• Documentation: Centralize procedures (e.g. “Settings guide for juniors”).
• Technical support: Solve basic problems (eg: "Reset a password in the test tool").

Requirements

Graduated with a Bac+5 in computer science with 3 to 5 years of experience and proven experience on Jira and Confluence.
