Role Summary
As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a Business Analyst.
Your main mission
Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for technical teams, while ensuring alignment between business expectations and implemented solutions.

Write detailed functional specifications, such as
Rights matrices (who has access to what?).
Decision trees (business rule logic).
Use scenarios (concrete cases to validate the rules).
Ensure the clarity and precision of documents to avoid ambiguities.
Validation
Check that settings and developments meet business expectations.
Example: Confirm that a “sports pack” includes the expected channels (such as beIN Sports) and that the pricing rules are correctly applied.
Interface between teams
Serve as a bridge between technical teams (developers, architects) and business teams (marketing, sales, support).
Clarify ambiguous or complex rules (e.g. dynamic pricing, special conditions).
Responsibilities
Collection of needs
- Identify and interview stakeholders (customers, business teams, etc.) to understand their expectations.
- Example: Define specific rules for a commercial offer such as “family offer” (number of members, benefits, restrictions, etc.).
- Documentation
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bac+3/5 in computer science, management, economics or equivalent field with 5 years of experience in functional analysis, project management or similar role.
- Analytics: Ability to break down complex problems into actionable pieces.
- Communication: Comfort in questioning, listening and reformulating needs.
- Technical: Understanding of business processes and technical constraints.
- Rigor: Attention to detail to avoid errors in specifications.
- Collaboration: Teamwork and managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
