Functional Parameter

Role Summary

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a Functional Parameter.

Your main mission

Configure and maintain commercial offers, products or services in dedicated tools (such as Salesforce, CRM, or other management systems). Ensure that rules and settings are correctly applied and functional for end users.

Responsibilities

Settings

• Enter and configure rules and offers in dedicated systems.
• Example: Create a “Cinema + Series” offer in Salesforce by defining its characteristics (price, duration, access to content, etc.).

Verification

• Manually test configurations to ensure they work properly.
• Example: Check that a customer has access to Netflix via the subscribed offer and that the restrictions (geolocation, access duration) are applied.

Fixes

• Adjust settings based on feedback from testers or users.
• Example: Modify the price displayed for new subscribers following a configuration error.

Maintenance

• Update existing offers based on commercial or regulatory developments.
• Example: Deactivate an expired promotion or change the conditions of a current offer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT with 3 years' experience in functional configuration, configuration management, or similar role.
• Technical: Mastery of configuration tools (Salesforce, CRM, SAP, etc.).
• Rigor: Attention to details to avoid configuration errors.
• Analytical: Ability to understand business rules and translate them into technical settings.
• Autonomy: Knowing how to work independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Responsiveness: Ability to quickly correct reported anomalies.
