QA Functional Test

Role Summary

As part of strengthening our Validation & Quality team, we are looking for a Functional Validator responsible for guaranteeing the quality of application deliverables before they are put into production.

The scope mainly covers CRM, Customer Journey and Offers projects, in close collaboration with the development and automation teams and business teams.

Run functional tests

• exploratory testing
• non-regression tests
• end-to-end testing

Document detected anomalies and follow up with developers.

Regularly report progress, risks and quality indicators to the Quality Validation Manager (QVM).

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: DSM, sprint reviews, project meetings.

Check the conformity of the developments delivered before they are put into production.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation practices and quality.

Collaborate with the automation team for the industrialization of tests.

Guarantee complete traceability of tests in Squash.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional specifications (User Stories, management rules).
• Write test books: test plans, test cases, data sets.

Requirements

• Graduate with a Bac+5 in computer science, software quality, software testing or equivalent with 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Experience in validation or functional recipe (alternation accepted).
• Good understanding of technical environments and customer journeys.
• Mastery of a test management tool (Squash or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Jira.
• Experience in web services testing.
• Practice of Agile / Scrum environments and methods.
• Behavioral skills
• Ability to analyze and synthesize.
• Rigor, autonomy and functional curiosity.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and communication skills.
