Role Summary
Support in the further development of the market position through research, market and trend analyzes as well as the derivation of potential, leverage points and interfaces
- Participation in the definition and further development of strategic areas of action in business development
- Creation, preparation and administration of acquisition and presentation documents as well as company dossiers
- Support with sales and acquisition processes – focus sectors in addition to real estate: infrastructure, energy, public transport and industry (clusters)
- Coordination, organization and arrangement of appointments
- Maintaining the internal CRM system and documenting customer appointments
- Participation in the organization and implementation of internal and external events (live & digital)
- Administrative activities (e.g. travel bookings, expense reports) as well as occasional support at reception
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in the field of marketing, real estate, economics or communication sciences or with a focus on real estate development/construction industry
- Interest in consulting as well as in the real estate and construction industry and understanding of economic relationships
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, ideally also experience with Mural
- Communication skills, independent work, flexibility, creativity and visionary thinking desired
- Enjoy acquisition, network and team work as well as organization and coordination
- Weekly working hours are approximately 25-30 hours.
- We offer all of our students an annual gross salary of €30,000 based on 40 hours per week. Lt. According to legal requirements, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is € 2,136.19 (40 hours/week).
