Responsibilities

• Schichtleiterin / Gruppenleiterin / Abteiltungsleiterin im Verkauf
• Schichtplanung und Aufgabenkoordination
• Motivation und Inspiration des Teams
• Überwachung des Warenbestands
• Kassiertätigkeiten
• Einhaltung von Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandards

Requirements

• Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie oder vergleichbar
• Erste Führungserfahrung
• Motivierende Persönlichkeit
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
• Freundlichkeit und Verlässlichkeit
• Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Bruttogehalt, dass sich an Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position mindestens 2400 € Brutto beträgt.
