Role Summary

What will your daily life be like?

Mapping and defining the tagging strategy, ensuring efficient tracking and aligned with business objectives.

Analysis of the customer journey, identifying optimization opportunities, points of friction and insights to evolve the digital experience.

Monitoring and interpreting digital performance metrics, such as conversion, engagement and retention

Use of Adobe Analytics to analyze behavior and performance of digital channels.

Operation of Datadog for technical monitoring and correlation with usage and experience data.

Manipulation of large volumes of data with BigQuery and development of complex analyzes with advanced SQL.

Identify business opportunities based on data;

Definition and monitoring of KPIs to measure the impact on the business.

What we are looking for in you

• Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to transform data into practical decisions;
• Purposeful, always looking for product improvements, journeys and flows that contribute to the evolution of the business and customer experience;
• Focus on impact, with an understanding of the role of data in the evolution of products, technology and user experience

Active collaboration with product, technology and UX teams, contributing with analyzes that guide strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
