Training

Bachelor's degree: Administration, Economics, Accounting or related areas.

Required knowledge

Office package, mainly Powerpoint, Word and Excel;

Ease of communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Main activities

• Carrying out process mapping, drawing AsIs, and presentation with identification of gaps and creation of minutes;
• Development of a ToBe process aligned with customer expectations;
• Development of functional specifications for systems focusing on the modifications introduced by new processes;
• Support the control of the project scope and management of the escalation process to ensure compliance with the schedule and scope;

Support other consultants in project demands.
