Role Summary

Requirements

Check out the main activities of this position

• Emergency assistance to corporate customers via telephone, email and online systems.
• Issuance, rebooking and cancellation of national and international airline tickets.
• Hotel reservation, car rental and other travel services.
• Support in critical situations such as: canceled flights, last minute changes, lost connection, emergency relocations and VIP/executive service.
• Acting in accordance with clients’ corporate travel policies.
• Negotiation with airlines, hotels and suppliers.
• Complete record of services in internal systems.
• Ensure a high level of quality, agility and problem resolution.

• Solid experience in corporate travel and emergency assistance;
• Advanced knowledge in national and international air issuance and reissuance;
• Experience with GDS: Saber and/or Amadeus;
• Advanced or fluent English for bilingual service;

Availability for shifts, shifts and alternative schedules.
