Role Summary

The focus of your work is in the area of maintenance, servicing and the elimination of malfunctions as well as the repair of accident damage to traffic signals and parking guidance systems

  • The construction and commissioning of new systems as well as the conversion work and adjustments
  • Existing systems, including taking measurements and accepting them with the customer, are also a large part of your responsibilities
  • You document the activities using mobile recording devices and create protocols based on operational specifications
  • Together with your team members, you will take over the on-call service according to operational planning

Requirements

By training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, mechatronics, electrical installer or similar, you will be ideally suited to the work of a service technician

  • In order to get from your home to any location in the operational area with your modern service vehicle, you need a class B driving license
  • Dealing with computer and IT tools is not a hurdle for you; ideally, you also have knowledge of network technology, operating systems and MS Office
  • You are characterized by a careful and precise way of working as well as strong communication skills with a sense of service and customer service
  • You are fluent in the German language, both spoken and written
  • You like to work independently and in a structured manner, are a team player and are characterized by your reliability
