Role Summary

DESCRIPTION

Assist in Quality, Health, Environment and Safety Management (QSMS) activities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001 and ABNT NBR ISO 45001. together with national and international accreditation and accreditation bodies. Carry out all less complex support activities for other sectors in relation to QHSE requirements, ensuring the safety of the entire team and the integrity of the company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and send documentation to the archive;
• Continuously and permanently evaluate the Quality Management System;
• Monitor Quality processes;
• Fill in the specific forms with the Quality KPIs;
• Check compliance and respect the QHSE Management System (ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001 and ABNT NBR ISO 45001);
• Carry out employee training on the QSMS System;

Monitor the proficiency tests for which there is registration (arrival of the sample, dates of sending results, receipt of reports), sending the results to the provider within the stipulated deadline, evaluating participation in the proficiency test in accordance with internal procedures;

• Carry out internal audits;
• Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions and preventive actions with those responsible and involved;
• Complete the evaluation of suppliers by customers or potential customers;
• Perform document review in the document control system;
• Update and control the master list of external documents;
• Update and control the management system’s printed documents;
• Review and update QSMS System documents;
• Update the registration where required;
• Compile evidence of non-conformities raised during internal and external audits;

Control the stages of the equipment calibration process: control and send a list to the Support area informing which equipment is due for calibration, checking and evaluating the calibration certificate;

Requirements

• Commitment, good communication and interpersonal relationships, organization, discipline, pro-activity, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility and agility.
• Complete technical education.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or related courses (or higher education courses that have subjects in the areas of Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Food) and/or Technical Course in the area.
