M&A Associate (m/w/d)

We are looking for an ambitious employee as a Business Development/M&A Associate (m/f/d) in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

You take responsibility for the entire M&A process - from the first contact with family doctors to the closing. This means specifically:

• Independently build and manage your own funnel of acquisition target practices - you don't wait for leads, you generate them
• Conducting sales discussions at eye level: You argue clearly and convincingly for a partnership with PraxisEins and actively drive negotiations forward
• End-to-end process responsibility: You control every deal yourself - without having to be reminded
• Close collaboration with the existing M&A team and management

Your career path: You start as an associate, work closely with the team and get to know our processes and deal logic. In the medium term you will build your own region.

Requirements

The role as a Business Development/M&A Associate (m/f/d) is demanding. You will be required to have a high level of structure and project management skills. You will be confronted with a variety of and often unexpected tasks, which is why, in addition to excellent technical qualifications, you also need a high level of resilience and a number of other soft skills. To become part of our team, you bring with you:

• 1–3 years of experience in a top consultancy, a start-up, in corporate finance or M&A
• Strong communication skills in German – you convince conversation partners and know how to conduct negotiations
• Entrepreneurial attitude: You are proactive, structured and take responsibility without being asked
• High level of personal responsibility and process discipline - you don't lose track, even if many deals are running in parallel
• Willingness to be regularly on site at practices and to develop a feel for operational realities
• Ideally experience in healthcare – but not required
