Do you have several years of leadership experience as a hands-on manager in the areas of finance, controlling and/or accounting and are you looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment? Are you interested in a mix of strategic financial management and the development of professional financial structures for a fast-growing company? Then we should get to know each other.

The role reports directly to management and will work in close collaboration with the regional general managers and medical directors of our centers.

• Lead our finance function: You take overall responsibility for accounting, controlling, treasury and reporting and ensure compliance with PraxisEins quality standards in all financial processes.
• Leading teams: You are able to take people with you and lead them through positive leadership. It is important to you to ensure a good working environment for your finance team that promotes performance through effective communication and collaboration.
• Design our financial strategy: You will formulate the financial strategy in accordance with our overarching corporate goals. To do this, you will work closely with the management, general managers as well as external partners and banks.
• Enabling growth through sound financial management: You identify financial opportunities and risks early on, build reliable planning and control instruments and thus create the basis for our further growth, including when financing location takeovers.

You will collaborate with

• First-class doctors in the areas of general medicine, internal medicine, pain therapy and neurology.
• An experienced management team with a background at BCG, McKinsey, Oaktree, Goldman Sachs, among others.
• Our product and engineering team, with whom you will drive the further development of our finance systems and tools.

Your profile is convincing

• Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment - you have relevant management experience in finance.
• Experience in hands-on handling of DATEV accounting and ideally Personio.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and communicate financial and business analysis at an executive level. You create analyzes meticulously and detail-oriented.
• Fluent German and English skills (min. level C1).
• Working model: The role is carried out at least 3 days per week from our office in Frankfurt am Main, up to 2 days of home office per week are possible.
