To do this, we take over family doctor's practices, digitize them with our own software and actively work to continuously improve patient care. In this way, we ensure long-term primary care in Germany, especially in poorly served areas.

The role reports directly to regional management and will work in close collaboration with the medical management and medical teams at our centers.

• Manage our locations commercially: You will take on P&L responsibility for several locations and ensure compliance with the PraxisEins quality standards in our facilities.
• Leading teams: You are able to take people with you and lead them through positive leadership. It is important to you to ensure a good working environment for your employees and teams that promotes performance through effective communication and collaboration.
• Shaping our regional strategy: You will formulate regional strategic plans in line with our overarching goals. To do this, you will work closely with our medical teams and management.
• Drive growth through location development: You identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities in your region at an early stage and implement them.

You will collaborate with

• First-class doctors in the areas of general medicine, internal medicine, pain therapy and neurology.
• An experienced management team with a background at BCG, McKinsey, Oaktree, Goldman Sachs, among others.
• Our product and engineering team with whom you will drive the further development of our software solutions.

Your profile is convincing

• Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g. B. in strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG or similar), in banking, in private equity or in similarly fast-moving companies.
• Demonstrated ability to create and communicate executive-level business and financial analysis. You create analyzes meticulously and detail-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to take on great responsibility and independently drive problem solving.
• The motivation to do something positive in the healthcare sector and to take on the leadership of employees.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• Fluent German and English skills (min. level C1).
• The willingness to achieve results and develop in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel: The role requires presence at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main at least 2 days per week. The remaining days will be spent at our locations in the area.
