Your tasks at a glance

You are responsible for project management, work closely with UX designers and copywriting experts and independently accompany customers through the optimization process.

You analyze online shops and landing pages in terms of UX, structure, content and the entire market environment and derive hypotheses from them.

You uncover weak points in the customer journey and derive clear optimization hypotheses from them.

You develop positioning for our customers that makes them unique and their shops strong in sales.

You create structured, high-conversion shop and landing page concepts including checklists and guidelines.

Through your work, you make our customers’ shops and funnels more convertible and profitable

This is what you bring with you

Ideally, you have a basic understanding of e-commerce, UX, positioning A/B testing and conversion optimization.

You have a strong analytical understanding and can derive prioritized measures from your findings.

You combine conceptual creativity with structured thinking and can communicate complex relationships clearly and understandably.

You work independently, self-organized and prioritize, even with several parallel tasks.

You approach challenges proactively, take responsibility and make clear recommendations.

You communicate precisely, create clear, understandable briefings and organize tasks so that deadlines are met.

Ideally you have basic knowledge of GA4, Shopify, Figma, Hotjar/Clarity and Google Workspace.
