Role Summary

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated in-house recruiter (m/f/d) who will actively shape our recruiting with passion and expertise - limited to 1 year.

As the central interface in recruiting, you control the entire process - from the needs analysis to the signing of the contract - and keep an eye on regulatory requirements at all times.

You advise and support our managers throughout the entire recruiting process: from creating the job advertisement to social media to the interview.

With target group-specific recruiting strategies, you develop and implement measures that bring a breath of fresh air to our personnel marketing.

By optimizing our internal recruiting processes and working closely with relevant interfaces, you will help increase the number of applicants.

You use modern matching tools, databases and business networks to identify the best talent and pass them on to the departments.

You regularly analyze our recruiting figures, prepare them in an understandable way and derive concrete recommendations for optimization.

You will actively participate in recruiting projects and contribute your own ideas to further develop our talent management.

You will ensure the creation of a high-quality talent pool and ensure its long-term maintenance.

You confidently manage internal and external service providers and ensure the quality of the results.

You also get actively involved in special tasks and projects and take on responsibility

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training with relevant professional experience in the human resources and recruiting area or a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on economics, e.g. B. Business administration, pedagogy or psychology.
  • In-depth experience in in-house recruiting as well as the ability to ensure a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection and hiring process.
  • Very good knowledge of the applicant market and the possible uses of modern recruiting tools.
  • Strong technical understanding and confident handling of digital applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit as well as openness to new ideas and joint development.
