Responsibilities

• As a Growth Intern at Enpal, you play a crucial role in the development and implementation of new business areas.
• You work closely with the relevant stakeholders and are responsible for identifying and validating market opportunities, designing business models and scaling new Enpal business units and Enpal spin-offs.
• You will take on a wide range of tasks, including market analysis, business planning, product development, partnership management, strategy development and their end-to-end implementation - as well as the operational tasks behind them.
• As part of the venture development team, you will not only learn a lot about Enpal and the energy sector, but you will also have the opportunity to join a first-class team consisting of experienced founders, management consultants and venture builders.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in a business or natural sciences discipline at a top university or are in the transition phase between bachelor's and master's degrees and would like to complete a 6-month internship.
• You bring with you initial practical experience, for example through internships or volunteer work.
• You have a natural feel for complex relationships and good communication skills.
• You place the highest quality demands on yourself and have a high sense of responsibility.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
