In this position as a Full Software Developer - Fullstack, you will join Leads & Negociação, which aims to evolve and sustain solutions so that our advertisers can have the best performance on our portals and manage their ads, bringing innovation, always guaranteeing the best experience for our customers within our tools.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis you will

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create and deliver high-quality resources;
• Support in designing the long-term vision of our technology and new component architectures;
• Promote best practices to improve the quality of our code and processes;
• Develop solutions and resolve issues at the root cause of the squad's needs;
• Contribute to the product by helping to create innovative solutions;
• Help the team define and develop architecture for new features, maintaining traceability and observability of all development, participate in technical decisions within the team;
• Restructure and refactor existing systems;
• Monitor alert channels, identify impasses, in order to mitigate them and propose solutions.
• And what do you need to have?
• Deep experience with microservices architecture;
• Expertise in Fullstack Java/Kotlin, NodeJS, Golang and React/NextJS.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, good development practices and cloud platform systems (AWS);
• Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture with knowledge of Kafka and AWS (SNS/SQS);
• Experience with systems in production and the responsibility of operating and optimizing applications at scale;
• Strict attention to code quality and standardization, ensuring readability, scalability and performance. This includes implementing testing and documentation routines;
• Knowledge of agile practices such as Kanban, roles, ceremonies and artifacts;
• Ability to contribute to technical discussions, explore solutions and promote good decisions for the team;
• Curiosity to explore and propose new paths and technology and process solutions, always seeking to improve the way the team works.
