Role Summary

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house and an electric car in every garage. Responsibilities

As a fleet manager, you take responsibility for our fleet and ensure that our vehicles are reliable, safe and ready for use at all times. You coordinate the most important processes surrounding our vehicles and are the central contact person for our drivers.

• Responsibility for the availability, deployment planning and the condition of our vehicle fleet
• Organization and tracking of maintenance, repairs and technical tests such as TÜV
• Manage and update all important vehicle documents such as registrations, insurance and test reports
• Organizing the key and tracking system and ensuring a smooth process
• Assisting our drivers with vehicle assignments, issues and questions, as well as communicating relevant safety and operational guidelines
• Further development and optimization of existing fleet processes as well as independent processing of arising tasks

Requirements

• Residence in Berlin and class B driving license
• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong teamwork skills, self-confidence and stress resistance
• Initiative and the ability to question existing processes and optimize them sustainably
• Experience in fleet management is an advantage – career changers are welcome
