Complete higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes using Oracle/SQL, ensuring the quality and integrity of information;
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and indicators related to donation activities;
• Analyze data and generate insights to support the evolution of fundraising and donation strategies;
• Work in partnership with different areas to understand business needs and convert them into analytical solutions;
• Conduct statistical analyses, trend studies and identification of opportunities for improvement;
• Present results, recommendations and analyzes to stakeholders and partner teams;

Support process optimization through data and indicators.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work for one of our partners, supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis and interpretation. We are looking for an analytical, results-oriented professional capable of transforming data into relevant insights and who is interested in contributing to social impact initiatives.

What you need to have

• Solid experience in Data Analysis;
• Advanced knowledge in Oracle/SQL;
• Experience with processing and analyzing large volumes of data;
• Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple demands;

Good verbal and written communication for interaction with different audiences and areas.

Differentiators

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Experience in credit unions or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Interest in working on initiatives focused on transformation and social impact.
