Role Summary

Nomos' Data area plays a strategic role in the company's growth. We are responsible for transforming data into information that supports decisions, identifies business opportunities and boosts the efficiency of our operations.

We are looking for a professional with an analytical profile, sense of ownership and curiosity to explore data and generate relevant insights for different areas of the company. Here, you will have direct contact with leaders and business areas, participating in the construction of solutions that impact the company's strategy.

More than developing reports, we want someone who questions processes, proposes improvements and uses data to generate value.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and management indicators;
• Collect, process, organize and validate databases from different sources;
• Automate processes and routines for extracting, processing and making data available;
• Identify trends, opportunities and deviations through the analysis of indicators;
• Support different areas of the company in data-based decision making;
• Develop queries and analyzes using SQL;
• Build executive visualizations and presentations;
• Guarantee the quality, integrity and reliability of information;
• Document processes, indicators and business rules;

Participate in the evolution of the company's data structure, proposing continuous improvements.

• Complete higher education in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas;
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL;
• Advanced Excel;
• Experience with Power BI or another data visualization tool;
• Analytical, organized and problem-solving profile;

Good communication and ease of interaction with business areas.

• Differences
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis;
• Experience with ETL and data modeling;
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP);
• Knowledge of Git;

Knowledge of business indicators.
