Role Summary

Desirable Experiences

Experience with LDAP, Active Directory or OpenLDAP.

Knowledge of queries and integrations with LDAP directories.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve Backend solutions using Java (17+) and Spring ecosystem, focusing on security, performance, scalability and high availability;
Design and implement REST APIs, microservices and distributed applications that support strategic Cyber Security products and services;
Develop authentication, authorization and access control mechanisms, using security protocols and standards such as OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway and Rate Limiting;
Work on the integration of corporate systems with identity and access management (IAM) solutions, LDAP directories and other security platforms;
Implement event-driven solutions and asynchronous integrations using messaging technologies, contributing to resilient and scalable architectures;
Participate in the modernization of applications, promoting integration between legacy systems and new platforms, with a focus on security, efficiency and technological sustainability;
Perform analyzes and optimizations related to performance, observability, caching, load balancing and asynchronous processing;
Ensure the adoption of secure development practices, performing code reviews, implementing automated tests and continuous integration throughout the development cycle;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining architectures, designing solutions and mitigating risks related to information security;
Monitor Cyber Security trends, standards and best practices, contributing to the continuous evolution of the organization's products, processes and technologies.

Requirements

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer (Java) to work at one of our partners. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in back-end development, collaborative profile, analytical thinking and the ability to technically contribute to the evolution of architectures, processes and business solutions.

What you need to have

Solid experience with Backend development using Java (versions 17+);
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, REST APIs and microservices architecture;
Experience with software architecture, solution design and distributed applications;
Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architecture (preferably Kafka);
Experience with relational databases and SQL;
Experience with MongoDB non-relational database;
Knowledge of performance, scalability, caching, load balancing, observability and asynchronous processing;
Experience with secure development, authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway, Rate Limiting);
Experience with unit testing, integration testing and CI/CD practices;

Ability to work in dynamic, collaborative environments with multiple business contexts.
