Responsibilities

• You carry out a careful examination of our customers' local conditions within the region in order to assess the buildability of our products. You take technical aspects, spatial conditions and customer requirements into account.
• You will provide our customers with advice as a competent contact and clarify any open questions regarding the technical feasibility of our products.
• You document your test results and create corresponding reports that serve as the basis for further planning and implementation processes.
• You will work closely with our office staff to share relevant information from on-site inspections and ensure optimal customer service.
• You are willing to travel regularly in the region and visit our customers at various locations within the region.

Requirements

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers.
• You can explain technical issues in an understandable way and respond to individual customer needs.
• You have a certain level of flexibility and the willingness to travel regularly within the region (approx. 250km radius) to support our customers on site.
• You have a valid EU class B driving license.
