Employee Security Control Center / Security Operation Center (m/f/d)

Role Summary

• You receive emergency calls, alarm messages and technical malfunctions and quickly take the necessary measures
• You monitor security-relevant systems and messages, identify risks at an early stage and react appropriately to the situation
• You also coordinate internal security forces, intervention services and external emergency services according to defined processes
• You document incidents, measures and results in a comprehensible manner and support reporting and administrative tasks
• In close cooperation with superiors, departments and external contacts, you ensure a smooth flow of information
• In addition, you create situation reports, obtain security-relevant information and evaluate this as part of corporate security

You will actively participate in special security situations, events and security-related events and make an important contribution to the security of the company

Requirements

• Certified protection and security force (GSSK), expertise in accordance with Section 34a GewO or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in an emergency call and service control center (NSL), security control center, in plant security or in comparable security-related functions
• You also demonstrate willingness to take part in the NSL training course and other qualification measures
• You are confident in using MS Office and ideally reporting systems
• Even in pressure situations, you act in a structured, calm and responsible manner
• You communicate clearly and authoritatively in safety-related situations
• With very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, you are convincing in speech and writing
