Role Summary

Get straight into advising on corporate law or antitrust law issues to gain practical insights

independently work on current topics from corporate law, M&A or antitrust law so that you gain comprehensive experience

accompany corporate transactions from the conclusion of the confidentiality agreement through the due diligence to the closing in close cooperation with the transaction team

support in antitrust proceedings in order to create a well-founded basis for decision-making

I participate in the preparation and implementation of general and shareholder meetings as well as committee meetings in order to ensure that the process is legally compliant

work together with other legal areas and specialist departments to develop sustainable solutions

Requirements

You completed your first state law examination with at least “satisfactory”.

• you are employed as a legal trainee by a federal state
• ideally initial knowledge of M&A, corporate or antitrust law
• You are analytical and structured when dealing with complex issues
• You are characterized by an independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
• you have very good German (at least C1) and good English skills
