Role Summary

You analyze strategic growth and transformation initiatives of the PREMIUM GROUP, help develop them and support their implementation

You manage your own workstreams and support the prioritization, structuring and transparency of strategic projects in the Strategy Office

You create business cases, market and competition analyzes as well as strategic decision-making bases for management and support the tracking of central priorities

You develop KPIs and reporting to control growth, efficiency and profitability.

You identify optimization potential and derive concrete recommendations for action to improve operational performance

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
  • You have initial relevant professional experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, business development or a comparable analytical environment
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in the digital media environment or are interested in digital business models such as subscription, advertising, lead generation, events or platforms
  • You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business cases, financial models and economic relationships
  • You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner - you maintain an overview of several topics running at the same time
  • You impress with your own initiative, pragmatism and a high implementation orientation
  • You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and can prepare complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
