Role Summary
In your new role, you will be responsible, among other things, for the planning, tendering and implementation of maintenance and modernization measures with a focus on technical building equipment in compliance with legal guidelines.
You will take over the project management of maintenance and renovation projects and coordinate external partners and service providers as well as experts.
You are also responsible for preparing and presenting relevant information to internal stakeholders (e.g. user groups, steering committees, co-determination committees, etc.).
You have a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, with your know-how you optimize the operation of utility systems from a sustainability perspective and also ensure legally compliant operating documentation.
Last but not least, you are responsible for measure-related budget planning and budget monitoring for maintenance and conversion measures as well as management services, taking the maintenance strategy into account.
Requirements
- You work analytically and structuredly, your strengths lie in communication, so that you can react appropriately and quickly to different situations.
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and use your strengths as an organizational talent profitably.
- You also enjoy working independently and in a team-oriented manner in an agile environment, for example in demand development.
- You have successfully completed training in the field of electrical engineering and ideally further training to become a master electrical engineer or a comparable qualification.
- You have also already gained practical experience in facility management and have switching authorization for medium-voltage systems.
- You have a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency and ideally experience in implementing ISO certifications.
- Your enthusiasm for structuring new areas of responsibility as well as your joy and creativity in developing and evaluating innovative technical building equipment and energy concepts round off your profile.
