Role Summary

Do you have your school leaving certificate (almost) in your pocket and are you looking for a combination of technical and commercial training that opens up a variety of perspectives for the future? Welcome to the EUROFACTORY in Remptendorf. We build custom-made industrial cranes for a wide range of applications. This includes suspension and bridge cranes for workshops and assembly halls, as well as gantry and semi-gantry cranes.

This is what we have to do

Assembly: Construction, installation and testing of electrical and mechanical components for crane systems.

Control technology: construction, wiring and testing of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls and systems.

Programming: Setting up and programming control and automation systems.

Manufacturing: Application of different machining techniques such as milling, shaping, soldering and welding.

Optimization: Participation in the coordination and adaptation of components to the specific requirements of our customers.

  • School education: Secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in mathematics and physics.
  • Special interest: Passionate about technology, electronics and mechanical systems.
  • Skills: Good spatial imagination and manual skills as well as enjoyment of tinkering and repairing.
  • Personality: Team spirit, commitment and perseverance characterize you.
  • Training facts
  • Duration: 3.5 years – shortening to 3 years possible for special services
  • Vocational school: Jena
  • Start: August 2026
  • Perspectives: Further training to become a master craftsman/technician or specialist
