Role Summary

We are looking for a pleasant and motivated colleague who is the link between our customers and our company. In this position you are the face to and of our clients. For the Barneveld branch we are immediately looking for a:

Customer Support Employee (full-time)

The Customer Support department is operational between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM and is the first point of contact for our clients at home and abroad, the account managers, the various laboratories and our own transport service. You are the indispensable link between the various customer segments and the laboratory services we provide.

What will you do as a Customer Support Employee?

You will become part of the customer support team, consisting of 12 driven and energetic employees and will be managed by Heleen the Department Manager. You are partly responsible for achieving optimal service to (inter)national clients of Eurofins. Together with your colleagues, you aim to unburden customers and advise the customer about, among other things, the possibilities of our digital portal, our analysis packages, pricing and our logistics service. You closely follow current customer orders and guide them through various processes and departments.

You are also responsible for handling and handling all incoming questions and comments both by telephone and by email, the correct handling of complaints within the specified period, providing (partly automated) reports and reporting in the CRM system, carrying out general administrative work and contributing to improvements in the field of Customer Support. You know how to tackle things! You are flexible in terms of working hours. Start-up problems in the morning, or the early bird? There are many options in terms of working hours, you start or end the day for us.

In short: you are the face and voice of Eurofins for the customer and are the first point of contact for the customer, various laboratories and sales during the process.

Requirements

• Completed MBO 4 education (in the direction of technology or chemistry is an advantage);
• You are customer service and goal-oriented, communicate concretely, clearly and are a good listener;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
• You are flexible, stress-resistant, solution-oriented and have the ability to switch quickly and empathize;
• You are focused on collaborating with your colleagues;
• Experience as an environmental scientist or as a laboratory technician and/or experience with LIMS and CRM is an advantage;
