Customer Service Team Leader | Team leader ASM

Role Summary

You ensure that our customers experience the best service every day. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you lead the customer service team and support colleagues in their daily work. You are visibly present, drive quality and help your team grow as a professional and as a person. No micro-management, but real people management: you coach, connect and create a safe working atmosphere in which everyone can participate.

In this role you work on operational and tactical challenges. You ensure that processes run smoothly, monitor planning, resolve bottlenecks and work on improvements that have a direct effect on short- and long-term services. You are part of a committed team leadership group in which you spar together about work distribution, customer questions, process improvements and team development. You will be given the space to run your “customer service store” well and, together with colleagues, you will build a strong and stable department.

Requirements

• What do we ask of you?
• HBO working and thinking level, with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a similar position.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (level C1).
• Good project and time management skills.
• Organizationally sensitive and adaptive, able to work on a project basis.
• Transparent in decision-making and motivating towards the team.
• We reserve the right to externally test competencies, skills and qualifications.
