Customer Service Medewerker

Role Summary

Do you enjoy helping customers, coordinating processes and keeping an overview? As a Customer Service Employee at Eurofins C-Mark, you are the link between customers, colleagues and current assignments. You ensure that questions are answered, projects run smoothly and customers can count on professional and reliable service.

What are you going to do?

As a customer service employee, you and the team are the permanent point of contact for customers and clients. You supervise assignments from request to completion, monitor progress and ensure that customers remain well informed. You advise existing customers about research results and inform new customers about our services in the field of water safety, laboratory analyses, inspections and advice. You also identify commercial opportunities and customer needs and share these with account managers. You keep an overview of various projects and processes, recognize bottlenecks on time and provide appropriate solutions. You work closely with colleagues from the field service and the management team and you actively contribute to improving and optimizing processes.

Requirements

• HBO working and thinking level
• Experience in a customer-oriented or commercial position
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written
• Analytical, structured and strong in planning and organizing

You live in the Deventer region (max. 30 minutes travel time).
