AI SOLUTIONS & PROCESS ENGINEER

YOUR GOALS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

• You have built up the necessary understanding of our products, the energy market, our customers' journeys and relevant internal processes.
• You have established yourself as a permanent contact person for our Growth Engine - and are in constant communication with all important internal stakeholders.
• You have developed a strategy for the further development of the area at trawa, set clear priorities and drawn up a roadmap with clear responsibilities and milestones that supports our further growth in Germany and expansion.
• In particular, you initiated the first optimization projects to increase conversion rates and internal process optimization - and the first results are in sight.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCESS

• Not only can you implement technical solutions using low-code or vibe coding approaches, but you are also able to develop robust code.
• You combine technical thinking with user understanding. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, you identify pain points, validate hypotheses and derive solutions with real added value for users.
• You approach tasks with initiative and a clear goal orientation.
• You think analytically and structured: You like to break down complex processes into individual steps, identify optimization potential and make decisions based on numbers and metrics.
• You also take strategic goals into account when making decisions and can put yourself in the perspective of both customers and our sales department.
• You have your finger on the pulse of AI: You follow current AI trends, test new tools and constantly develop your expertise.
• You impress with strong communication skills and a cooperative way of working. You find it just as easy to communicate with internal stakeholders as it is to communicate professionally with customers and external contacts.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not a must.

Responsibilities

Energy costs in Europe are twice as high as in the USA and China. At the same time, electricity demand is expected to double by 2050. Market price volatility and increasing complexity are here to stay. This puts the backbone of European industry under pressure – and companies must act now.

trawa is developing the solution: the first integrated B2B energy platform that combines energy procurement, energy management and the control of flexibilities in one product. Supply, Manage, Flex – combined. This integration enables savings of up to 30% on recurring electricity costs while helping companies switch to renewable energy.

We are Europe's fastest growing B2B energy platform. We are currently active in Germany and Austria and plan to expand our activities to a third market in 2027. Our goal is to scale across Europe. We are moving quickly – the market window is open and we want to take advantage of it.

Requirements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Digital Experience: You develop both customer-facing and internal tools along the user journey, which give us a structural competitive advantage in the European energy market. In doing so, you eliminate friction, increase conversion rates and create the basis for scalable growth.
• Scalability: You are responsible for the overarching process architecture including the data model of the revenue process, continuously identify optimization potential together with the affected teams and sustainably increase the efficiency of our processes through automation.
• Growth Engine: You combine our internal process architecture with the digital experience and create a growth engine that creates sustainable, plannable and scalable growth for trawa.
• User Journey: You have a holistic view of our customers' journey and the underlying processes - from the initial contact with a lead to the successful start of a customer relationship - both from a customer perspective and from an internal perspective regarding operational scalability.
• AI Craftsmanship: You use state-of-the-art AI solutions in your daily work and build AI-native solutions that position trawa as a pioneer in the energy market around the use of AI.

We are looking for an AI Solutions & Process Engineer to reach the next level of growth together. You report directly to our General Manager Energy Solutions and work closely with our Tech & Commercial teams. You will help shape the product that will make European industry more competitive again - and implement your ideas at high speed.

The position is based in Berlin. trawa is an office-first company: you usually work from our office five days a week.
