Role Summary
Salary: R23 000 per month
Remote Recruitment is looking for an Admin Assistant to support a UK-based team remotely. You will handle the everyday tasks that keep a business moving: inboxes, documents, data and diaries. This is a full-time, 100% remote role working 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
It is a good first step into UK remote work. You do not need years of experience, but you do need to be organised, reliable and quick to pick things up.
Responsibilities
- Manage inboxes, respond to routine emails and flag what needs attention
- Update spreadsheets, CRMs and internal trackers accurately
- Prepare documents, letters and simple reports
- Schedule meetings and keep calendars current
- Carry out research and data gathering tasks as requested
- Support colleagues with ad hoc administrative work
Requirements
- Clear written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Good attention to detail, particularly with data
- The ability to work independently once tasks are handed over
- A reliable internet connection, a working laptop and a quiet workspace
- Availability across UK business hours
