We are actively looking for standout Executive Assistant with 3–5 years of executive support experience to join our dynamic, international team. How do you do this

Managing complex (international) calendar scheduling.

Initiating and managing client acceptance procedures (KYC) for client-related projects.

Monitoring work in progress and ensuring timely invoicing.

Maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders.

Organizing internal and external events.

Booking travel arrangements.

Reviewing documents for importance, priority, and required follow-up.

Handling correspondence;

Providing substantive support (e.g. in the areas of project/sales);

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (virtual experience a plus)
  • A genuine understanding of stakeholder engagement and how to add value.
  • A proactive attitude — you anticipate, act, and solve before being asked.
  • An interest in business, strategy, and continuous learning
  • Engagement support experience
