• Operational support for your workshop team
• Management of trainees, support until completion of training

Requirements

What you bring with you

• Completed master’s examination in the field of agricultural machinery mechatronics or a comparable field
• Interest in agricultural technology/agriculture
• First management experience in a workshop is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office, understanding of numbers and economic relationships
• Enjoy managing and motivating employees
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Confident appearance and strong customer orientation
