Role Summary

In the Technical Advisory area, you work at the interface between planning, execution and operation and support you in evaluating complex technical issues in a solution-oriented manner. A variety of tasks await you - from analyzing planning documents to developing economical, sustainable optimizations to contributing to well-founded recommendations for action for our customers.
- Examination and evaluation of planning services and building services systems (TGA) with regard to quality, plausibility, cost-effectiveness and sustainability
- Participation in technical inventory analyzes including document checking, photo documentation and structuring of the results
- Support with commissioning planning as well as test and acceptance structures
- Participation in on-site appointments (construction site/customers), including inspections, condition assessments and support of the construction management
- Creation of reports, presentations and decision templates as well as participation in project meetings including taking minutes
- Support in technical consulting (KG 400 / TGA), including research on innovation topics and ensuring planning quality
Requirements
Studies in the field of supply technology / TGA, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy and building technology, civil engineering, environmental engineering or a comparable course of study (ideally in an advanced bachelor's or master's degree)
- Interested in building technology as well as future and sustainability topics
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German; Knowledge of English is an advantage
- Enjoy technology and working together in a team
- Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of structuring technical questions (e.g. recognizing deviations, evaluating causes, deriving measures)
- Willingness to provide project-related support on construction sites or at the customer's site (depending on the project situation)
